Make a Difference

The Foundation for Teen Health depends entirely on donations from private individuals, foundations and corporations to fund its operations.

Here is what your donation means to us:

• $50 provides Nutritional Counseling

• $75 covers a Sports Physical

• $100 pays for one student to have Immunizations

• $150 helps participants of Ascend with Transportation

• $250 gives a Chrome Book laptop to a deserving student

• $500 hosts an Outreach Event so we can help more teens

• $2,500 sponsors a young  man or woman in Ascend  providing  case management and tuition for school

• $400,000 would support one of our clinics for one year

Other donations we accept:

• We will arrange pick up from your location of gently used items such as laptops and interview clothing.

• We are always in need of prizes to giveaway at health fairs and group sessions, anything from caps to tickets to sporting events to electronics.
